Position Overview
The Clinical Administrative Lead will support the operational backbone of Plethy’s WC Clinical Team. This role ensures smooth coordination across Recupe Coaches, Onboarding Coordinators, Clinical Supervisors, and the Clinical Operations Manager, while maintaining the accuracy, compliance, and timeliness required in the Workers’ Compensation environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong administrative skills, a deep understanding of WC workflows, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

Workers’ Compensation Operations & Compliance
• Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for the Workers’ Compensation Clinical Team, supporting communication with adjusters, nurse case managers, providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with Workers’ Compensation documentation workflows.
• Support clinical escalations related to WC cases, ensuring proper routing, follow-up, and documentation.

Clinical Operations Support
• Provide day-to-day operational support to Recupe Coaches, Onboarding Coordinators, the Clinical Supervisor, and the Clinical Operations Manager.
• Assist with quality and compliance, including data gathering, documentation review, and preparation of audit summaries.
• Monitor operational metrics and identify workflow gaps or opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, compliance, and the injured worker experience.

Administrative & Cross-Team Coordination
• Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and ensure adherence to all regulatory and organizational standards.
• Assist with data collection, reporting, documentation management, and cross-department communication.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of SOPs, workflow guides, and best practices for WC clinical operations.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in Workers’ Compensation clinical operations or case management support (clinical, administrative, or claim-related).
• Understanding of WC workflows, jurisdictional nuances, and documentation expectations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when interacting with clinicians, adjusters, and internal teams.
• Proficiency with EMRs, digital health platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
